KEVIN : Director / Land Surveyor
Kevin is the Managing Director of Zenith Surveyors. He has been operating in the W.A Land Surveying Field for nearly 14 years.
Kevin is a qualified Engineering Surveyor with experience across all engineering and residential surveying practices.
Kevin’s dedication to land development has allowed him to help many W.A residents realise the development potential of their block by successfully subdividing it for them.
His expertise in land surveying and land subdivision have helped him earn a reputation as a dedicated land development consultant who has a 100% success rate in delivering the outcomes that his clients require.
ALI : Project Manager / Surveyor
Ali is an experienced land surveyor with an additional degree in civil engineering. Ali completes surveys and aids in the creation of survey plans to be submitted to the WAPC.
During your project Ali can assist you in coordinating tasks and gives sound friendly advice. He will be available to answer questions when you seek assistance or advice with your project.
Ali is highly regarded within the company and helps lead the companies "project advice service" which is available to all clients.
RICHARD : Licensed Surveyor
Richard is our in-house Licensed Surveyor and is responsible for coordinating the survey pegging stage of your subdivision.
Pegging of your land and creation of your subdivision plan for Landgate is a critical part of the subdivision process. This can only be completed by a Licensed Land Surveyor.
Richard has worked with some of Perth’s biggest land development & surveying companies and will be dedicated to your project like the rest of our team.
Richards experience in Cadastral Surveying is highly regarded in the Perth surveying industry.
